John_S_in_Penna
Denis, the 1953-54 Buick Skylarks are beautiful cars. I assume you might be looking for one, or else wanting to figure how desirable your own original example may be. Maybe you already know this, but in general, restored Skylarks are extremely common! Despite very low production numbers, these glamorous cars have been so loved that many have been restored. At any given time, there may be a dozen for sale on the Hemmings website alone. Other cars, thought to be ordinary and made in large quantity, may be 100 times rarer than a Skylark and seldom encountered today. Are you specifically looking for an original? If you tell us more, someone may have just what you're looking for.

Restorer32
Having restored both '53 and ' 54 Skylarks I think we put our chrome plater's daughter thru college. Beautiful cars, expensive to restore. 2

John_S_in_Penna
And Denis, where are you located? From some previous postings, I infer that you are in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
