Bill Stoneberg
if my body was a car, I would be thinking of trading it in for a newer model. I've got bumps, dents, scratches and my paint job is getting dull. My headlights are out of focus. My traction is not as graceful as it once was. My whitewalls are stained with varicose veins. It takes me hours to reach maximum speed. But the worst is...every time I sneeze, cough, or sputter either my radiator leaks or my exhaust backfires! Thanks to Larry for this.... NTX5467
Leaks?...must be a Buick...(Forgetting about Harleys??)Rx . . . 1 bottle of RXP for 5 consecutive days Oil changes with Mobil 1 motor oil, once every 3000 miles, with appropriate oil filter changes, PLUS chassis lubrication Readjust carburetor, base ignition timing, service air cleaner. Clean and polish headlights and body glass with Rain-X and old newspapers Slow vacuum windshield wipers? Add brake fluid to the vacuum motor to soften leather and "reflow" chassis grease in cavity. Adjust tire pressure. Check camber and caster, plus toe-in of wheels. Ensure that cooling system is operating and is full of fluids prior to each "drive". Find a nice country road, a safe environment, that can allow a relaxed pace of driving. Drive for at least 30 minutes/day/5 days a week. Increase distance and speed as endurance increases . . . ultimately to 1 hr/day/5 days a week. Increase speed as possible. Using "intervals" can be advantageous for a better "training effect".As for those sneezes, there ARE better ways to get "Perfect Abs"!Enjoy the feelings of health!NTX5467
