The first photo is a 53 (not sure of series ) but it has a 51 - 52 white hood . You can tell by the hood emblem , 53 would be longer and not as high . Just useless info LOL Bill

I guess the air bag didn't go off because the front bumper looks intact ! Check out the crumple zone on the fender , and the windshield is intact ! Bill

Howard Price ( BCA 428 ) has passed away . He was one of the original members of the BUICK Owners of Maryland Chapter of the BCA . Howard was always there with a wealth of Buick knowledge . I emailed them , I said check the body plate , I think you have a Special model 48. Buick never made a Century tourback in 40 . I was asking here if I was wrong . Then he changed the ebay ad to state the car is a Special. Bill
