Need help . I am installing the front bumper back on the car. There are 2 brackets on each side , a 1/4 " thick steel plate and a spacer ( 2 on the left side ) . Looking for the order for reinstalling , blow- up view or personal info. To the frame , I think its spacer next to frame , then the 2 brackets ,then the 1/4 " steel plate and the bolts thru the above and into the frame. Thought I could remember but old age got in the way !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any help from you 55 guy & gales Thanks Bill Ps I don't have a body manual .

Salvage title ! That would be a problem in Maryland ,. A clear title would require everything to be in working order , maybe no state inspection because of age ???? Straight looking car !! Bill

My 40 Century ( sold ) was very fast for a big turd , they had 4'10 rear as standard gears. Special in that time period had 4.45 gears. Also the 41 century we had was just plan bad , taking off , getting it moving and then the second carb on that 320 cu in monster would kick in and it would haul A$$ . Lamar, I think you will be surprised at the power yours has when it gets tuned up !!! Good luck and I hope to visit the BUICK GARDEN someday !! Bill
