My 28 studebaker president has the same wire wheels with threaded spokes. I believe they are Kelsey hays. 4 1/4 is the same as mine for the hubcap. 1929 studebaker the hubcap hole is 4 7/8”. Do you still have this wheel. I’d be interested.

Hi Rex. Bob Pilkie here in Edmonton Alberta Canada. I have an early 28 president. It’s a nice original unrestored car. Very faded black paint. Do you have in your pile of fenders a really good front driver side. No wheel well with faded black paint. It’s a long shot but thought I’d ask. My other fenders are good but the front driver side has been poorly welded al along the seem.

That is for a 28 studebaker but they came in a few sizes. Some were 3 1/4 wide and 4 1/4 wide my president is 4 1/4 wide with 600/19 tires. So that wheel might be 3 1/4 wide.
