  1. Not enough info to. You might get some results with a good discription to condition.
  2. Google Barley Motor Car. They made the Romer.
  3. Image - Visual Resources Database Maybe this will help
  4. I am with you on it not being a convertable. But it is a 64 chevy for sure. I had a couple of mid 60's darts also. Great little cars. First new car I bought was a 63 dart. Will look forward to more railroad pics with vehicles to identify.
  5. Found one reference to it fitting a 30's - 40's Diamond T truck with a hercules engine. Also one old marine application but did not name engine brand. Could be for large industral type engine?
  6. Google Image Result for http://www.schoolbuscentral.com/gallery/updates/mar05/images/33.jpg International built many busses with air brakes, aut0matics, diesels, etc. This 1970 example has a gas engine so the guage layout is somewhat different but it is evident the shape of the panel and guages are the same. I was involved with a organization that used many of these type busses in the 60's and 70's. The location of the guages and size varys greatly in a lot of International clusters as they could custom build them to suit different needs.
  7. I think you are right, De Soto. I think this is the instrument cluster International shipped for years with their bare chassis to be used on school busses, step vans, etc. They may have used them in some of their trucks too.

    2 Steering Wheels

The second wheel may be 53 -54 chevy.
  9. It looks like the steering wheel may be on the wrong side for American. Hard to tell. I found a couple of pics of a 1930 Morris with that style of bumper so that may be a clue. The angle was wrong to see much other detail.
  10. 57 GMC truck with the hood emblem http://media.merchantcircle.com/26739957/DSC00011_full.jpeg Viking emblem, foreign site but best pic http://www.arcar.org/chevrolet-viking-1958-14431
  11. Looks like we are neighbors. I am in Ocala
  12. I believe the Rally stx is a full size mid 80s early 90s GMC van. The 35 series is the 3/4 ton I think.
  13. I think the first GMC logo is from the 48 - 54 above the grille. The other GMC is from the inset in the front of the hood on the 55 - 56 truck. The Viking was Chevy's truck line in the late 50's but I do not know what specific truck it went on.
  14. Ok, I want the pale yellow one in pic # 11. Any takers on the others?
  15. Looks a lot like the gas cap on my 69 Dodge pickup. I do not know if the cap on my truck is origional or not.
  16. From the mounting holes being exposed, I would think it might be a marker light for a truck. Just a guess.
  17. Looks more like a late 50's Chrysler radio. The plymouths had the knobs on one side of the dial and most all dodges had black buttons instead of chrome. The Chryslers are the ones with chrome push buttons to the best I can remember. I am not sure about the Desotos.
  18. Rubber The Right Way Classic Auto - Cadillac VIN # Location
  19. Hi Tony, think I tried to answer this in the general section. Please check the link there to a company that may be able to help you. It seems there was a 48 and 48A dusty rose with the latter being the lighter color.
  20. Used Dodge Windshields - PartRequest.com shows one available in Oklahoma as of Dec 2009
  21. Love those old Dodges. I am sure you will have a great time with it. It appears to be in good shape. Is it in running condition now?
  22. Blue Dot tail lights that make them glow purple when on at night. It was a must have item for early 50's fords like Green Dragon's 51 Vic in our part of the world. On other cars too. They may be illegal in some places now, but they sure looked cool.
  23. I do not think it is the style your grandmother would be interested in, but the company I work for runs a fleet of HHR's. We put many miles on them and they are holding up well. They are traded in at about 120,000 miles with few problems. So from our experience, GM is still building good vehicles. I would think the Malibu would be a good choice.
  24. Try Auto Color Library - The World's Largest Online Color-Chip Library It seems to show two Dusty Rose colors for 57. # 48 and # 48A with the latter being a lighter shade. Hope they can help.

    53 Chevy

There were two series of 55 Chevy trucks. The first series was same at the 54, then the new model truck came out with the new 55 styling. I think the 6 to 12v change came about when the new style came about
