Can someone identify the parked car behind this 1935 Ford?

1928 Chevrolet coupe, for sure. But it never looked as good as the one Keiser pictured with the tan highlights and white walls. Originally it would have looked more like this.

Yes, I guess it does have disc wheels.  Don't think I've ever seen one in person.  Now who are the three fools scuffing up that brand new Ford?

Those center wheel lug nut covers are pretty neat,presumeably an aftermarket touch.
