A Royal Town and Country wagon- wow- Standard Catalog says 599 built, with another 100 plain steel body wagons built later in the year.

Peter, I think you ought to load that truckster up and go on tour! Totally !

Congratulations, Peter !

It's gorgeous !

Is this your first Chrysler?

Just got my '41 De Soto back from its annual inspection this morning; it's nice to drive my old car again after a long, long winter !

Frank,

It's actually my 8th or 9th Chrysler. My first car was a 1948 Chrysler. (still own it today actually) This is myirst woodie though, hopefully not my last.

BTW... i owned a 59 desoto for a few years and it was my daily driver! Here is a photo.

Congrats Peter I knew from our conversation in Tucson earlier this year that you wanted a Chrysler woodie, I just didn't expect you to be SO sucessful SO quickly. Neat car. Of course this means that you WILL be on next year's Founders Tour in Tucson. No excuses.

Boy I must be lucky. My dad and I have 15. If we were in your shoes, we'd have been gone a long time ago. As long as your wife doesn't talk to my wife and my mother, my dad and I should be okay, but on the other hand, having a limit of 3 is better than having a limit of 2. I've got 5 cars in my house, my dad has 3 in his, two barns full, and my wife's Malibu and my mom's Caravan sit outside year round.
