Twisted Shifter
At nearly $30k, you'd think this "rare" beast deserved to be washed. After sitting 39 years, it just might need a little more than bumper fillers, too. 3

I could see it going for one-tenth the asking price. Maybe $5000 is the maximum. Where do sellers get their absurd ideas of pricing? 1

cjmarzoli
What a joke. Renaissance edition (which i've never seen before) consisted of tacky chrome strips on the roof and trunk, and a continental kit. I'd rather have a standard one. It is nice colors but will need everything after sitting that long. Price is literally 10x or more what it is worth.
deac
The ultimate in American glitz! As said a few times on this message board rare doesn't always mean desirable. I think that continental kit looks like a tacky add on especially with the cheap looking undersized hub cap. The seller is going have to wait a long time to find a pigeon who will fork anything close to 29K! 1

TAKerry
Take another 15k off and it may get a little attention. I would think the value would be higher if it did not have the mods to it.

DrumBob
Typical Sussex County goofball mentality. Can't sell it at $26,900, so he increases the price to $35000. What a schmuck. There's a guy in Bergen County trying to sell a nice vintage Slingerland drumset for months now. He keeps raising and lowering the price, recently from $849 back up to $1699. I just don't understand the thought process.

6T-FinSeeker
Curious to know whether or not this car actually sold and the amount. The most recent asking price was $38,900 with bumper fillers neeing to be replaced.

But I think the seller wouldn't achieve any price extra for the custom edition. Was he manipulating his ad, increasing the price by almost $10,000 at one point? To me, it would be appealing in that color combination with the ordinary DeVille trim and no customization.
