Marty Roth Posted March 26, 2019 Share Posted March 26, 2019 Actually, I delivered an original "TURBO-ENCABULATOR" speech related to a new computer system for Virginia's government at a Social Services convention back around 1973 or 1975- The slides I used were photos of a sick looking computer withcrossed eyes for tape reels. 60FlatTop Posted March 26, 2019 Share Posted March 26, 2019 Some of that technology was used in the Honeywell Delta 2000 workstations where I got my christening in computers back in 1974. The wireless communication cable he held up about the middle of the video had to have the coaxial shield grounded or the induction was terrible. I think some of that carried over into the GM 4L60e transmission and caused an induced weld fracture on the sun gear shells. Borg Warner, they do stuff like that.
