 I understand the vehicles were not insured, if that is the case, to not insure your prized possession is beyond my understanding. Insured or not,the loss is more than just dollar values.

Agreed, but what a way to add insult to injury. Horrible loss of invested time, as well as money, and we all know how attached we get to the cars we own.

It will be interesting to see what caused the fire.  If we ever learn about that.  If he was home maybe he had been working on something earlier in the day in the barn.  Of course there is always the possibility of an electrical short fire in the building itself if not one of the cars or tractors.

I'm thinking that it was the worker who was passing gas.

Why my back garage is all 10ga wiring on 20A breakers, is zoned,  and has its own circuit breaker panel. Plus big extinguishers at each door.
