Went to a place in northern California today and saw this cool Buick. If I was gonna get into Buicks THIS would be what I would try to find. I only saw two dents in the whole car...under the left taillight and under the fender behind the right rear wheel. Here it is for your enjoyment...

Yep that's a 41 - just about to sell a sedan just like it! Looks like it's a great car to restore. Is it for sale? I love the coupe version of these cars...

Not certain if this one was for sale...the owner disappeared while I was there. I posted his phone number and email in this thread.

That's either a 41 Super Club Coupe or a Roadmaster Club Coupe. I can never tell but numbers favor a Super. Should be dual carb small straight 8.

Great looking car, it is remarkable how a car will hold up in the right climate and conditions. We have cars that are 5 years old around here that are all beat to hell.

One heck of a car to get and restore.

Wow, the interior plastic is in amazing condition! Usually it just turns to dust over time. That's definitely a '41 Super, and judging from the lack of a back seat, I'll say it's a model 56 business coupe intended for traveling salesmen and people who needed storage more than passenger capacity. They're very nice driving cars--my father drove one almost identical to this to work every day for years, even in the winter.

If it's clean and straight and can be put back on the road without a full restoration, it would be a great car. On the other hand, you'll be upside down on a full frame-off before you even pay for the chrome, so if this can be made into a nice, clean driver without a huge investment, it would be ideal.
