Maybe it's a 65 with a 64 front clip. -

I will see If I have any left to take a picture. To install you ream the hole on the fender to receive the bolt. It is not a bolt but a metal insert like the one you would use to install a crew in to a plaster board wall. Once the clips are pushed into the hole on the fender you just tap the script in and it's done. They come in different sizes. I am sure a body man uses these alot. I will try to get you pictures if I can find the few I have left. I hope I did not confuse you. Gene.

Barrel bolts. They are a lot easier than putting the nuts back on and you won't have to worry about breaking a stud. Gene.

Ed, get the one re chromed you got from me. They are really hard to find. It will be cheaper than finding another. Just a thought. Gene.

If you can get the clips over the spades on the emblem the slots will accommodate whatever you want. See if they fit over the emblem first then you're in.

You should be able to use the same clips that hold your horseshoe moldings on. They are available from Cars Inc. or Jim at BestOfferCounts. You might have to widen them a little to secure them to your molding then tap them into your deck lid. I haven't done this in a long time, but I think it will work. Gene.

Big Rich, I am sure I have a 65 turn signal switch. I will check the number tomorrow to see if it matches yours if you want. Gene.

I just wanted to clear this trunk cardboard stuff up if I can. I was informed that I might have confused people with the six pictures. There is only 5 pieces of cardboard per trunk. The long rear piece comes in 2 different versions. One is for standard trunk and the one with a longer tail to the side is for a remote trunk release. The longer piece covers the release cylinder which is not on a non remote trunk. If I have confused you more just disregard this message. Thanks Gene.
