I think a very low miles STI is likely to have been used only for competition, not as a daily driver (My daily driver is its little cousin WRX with 150k). As such, a low mileage STI is likely to be modified and the miles few but hard. Maybe try organizations sponsoring rally events. These were not treated like Ferraris.

Time to put the rest of the exterior trim back on. I think it should wear whitewalls - I don't think one ever had blackwalls when new. Pretty car.
