So it's just a regular 7/16 bolt with a large unusual shape head. What are the head dimensions? The oval shape, min and max diameters? How about these if you filed off the hex head, and filed the flange into an oval shape? . 7/16 - 14 thread, 2 inches long. Flange diameter Max: 0.930" https://www.boltdepot.com/Product-Details.aspx?product=17269

Looks like it's been stored well, so who cares about a little dust. Inland "Empire" a little east of Riverside so that is a dry, desert like climate. Wheels are not rusty.

1916 Case Automobile 7 passenger touring car. This is one of 19 known to be in existence. This car runs although the carburetor leaks a little fuel and should be fixed prior to driving. This car was restored in the 60’s and shows some wear in the paint but no dents. Overall it is in very nice condition. 707 337-4786 Roy East of Riverside, California

I don't think daily driving around Reno would be too challenging. Not like commuting daily one hour-plus each way in heavy traffic in the bay area. Stop and go on the freeway during commute hours, or worse can be if traffic is flowing well, then you need to jump on the brake quick because it came to a standstill for no apparent reason, and you can't see far enough ahead to know why.

WTB Brake wheel cylinder bleeder valve stems for 1925 Kissel

7/16"x 20 over all length 1.625 Is that still too short? 7/16-20 is a common thread pitch, and most have an overall length of only 1.25 inch, but it seem some are longer.
