Did you replace the original steel brake and gas lines?

hello, yes they were tested and the brake was dead and so was changed.
the others, after being tested, I have sanded and go to the antirust :)

Hello everyone, here is some news from the buick :)
while waiting for the parts to order, I continue with the plastic air distributor.
this piece is not found in new manufacture and they are almost all dead.
I could make another system simpler, but it would not be original.

so I start to reproduce the dispatcher identical to the original one :)

Sebastian,

There were some Riviera Owners looking for this same piece some time ago.  I told them about your reproduction.  I'm sure they'll be as impressed as the rest of us.

sebastienbuick Looking forward to seeing the final product! I imagine this is too labor intensive to mass produce these yourself. Maybe you can find a Chinese contractor to make them and you can sell them?

thank you NC68Riviera ;)
indeed it is work, but someone (or a company) specialized in the manufacture of metal parts could make several once they have the model.
I am not equipped like big company, I do not have all the necessary machine and suddenly I put more time to manufacture this piece
