Steve Moskowitz
Anyone from the Decatur, GA area coming to the fall meet in Hershey? I need a piece of stained glass brought here. It is large, 59 X 18. Happy to help out with fuel costs! email me at aaca1@aaca.org
West Peterson
If you think it would fit in a Lincoln LS filled with 3 people plus luggage, we could help you out, but I think there would be danger in the thing breaking. Sorry."MrEarl" might be able to help you, but he lives in Athens. Edited August 10, 2011 by West Peterson (see edit history)

West Peterson
I once arranged for parts hauled from Hershey to George for "MrEarl", and I sent him a message to see if he can return the favor. He lives in Athens. Is there any way it can be taken to Athens in case MrEarl can help?
West Peterson
One of the AACA board members lives on the other side of town. You might want to ask him, too.
MCHinson
I have no idea what route Marty Roth uses to get to Hershey, but New Orleans to Decatur to Hershey looks like a possibility on Mapquest to me.
Steve Moskowitz
Ah Peterson, that would be too easy! Forgot Steve lives in GA!
MrEarl
If MrEarl was going to Hershey, MrEarl would be more than glad to go to Decatur, pick it up and transport it for you free of charge. But MrEarl is back on probation for buying another 54 and is not allowed off the grounds of Buick Gardens. MrEarl has never ever been to Hershey. :(:(

starfireelvis
...I'll bet Mr. Earl could get away with going to Hershey on the sly if he changed his name to "Speedo"...Sorry, couldn't resist!
MCHinson
Mr Earl,Maybe you should load up a car and take it to Hershey to sell. (Nobody said you had to price it where it would actually sell...) That should help you get you permission to go....You really need to go. You will be hooked.
MrEarl
Just remember SpeedoHe don't never take it slowGreat idea Matthew C. trimacar
Gee, no offense, but even if Mr. Earl was free, I couldn't afford him.....got too many mouths to feed now....and even if free, the cost of restoration might exceed his value.....so, no, have to pass....Wait, I may have misunderstood...... Earl B.
NO..NO..NO David.... you did misunderstand... I want Mr. Earl to be free to go to Hershey... He's never going to be free to someone... he's much to high maintenance to be free the way you mean David....And restortion costs for Mr. Earl... WOW.. I'd bet you'd need to own a bank at least!!! Anyone who took him would surely return him to his poor wife....Saint that she is... hahahahahahahahahaAnd thank you Mr. Earl for letting us have some fun!! MrEarl
Whoooaaaaa, when I saw the "Free MrEarl" line I thought "well, she finally decided to give me away" Not the case though, certainly not until I have put a new tin roof on the house this fall. (October, cool and the driest month in the south) Hence the real reason I had to turn down Mr Coker's gracious offer to travel to Hershey and camp out with him in the 'toy trailer'. Now if anyone wishes to come down and spend a week climbing around on a 12/12 pitch roof over a two story w/bsmnt house to help me finish up quicker I'll certainly take you up on it. But, MrEarl thanks everyone for their concern, I can tell it comes from the heart.
West Peterson
Why in heck do you need a 12/12 roof pitch when you live in Athens? I don't even have a pitch like that, and I live a lot closer to Frostbite Falls than you do. Oh wait, I think I figured it out. It's so all those pine needles slide down.
