58L-Y8
For Sale: 1931 Chevrolet AE Independence 3-Window Coupe - $24,500 - Bloomington, MN 1931 Chevrolet Coupe for sale by owner - Minneapolis, MN - craigslist Seller's Description: 1931 Chevrolet AE Independence Three Window Coupe. This is a very rare car that has been beautifully restored from the ground up. The Coupe is dark blue with black fenders. Pale yellow wire wheels match twin pinstripes that go down both sides of the car. A covered spare sit out back between the bumperettes. A superbly restored light brown mohair interior features all new upholstery, restored instruments and steering wheel. All handles and knobs have been brilliantly chrome and/or nickel plated. All new Shatterproof glass has been installed. By the way, the windshield can be cranked up and open, and the rear window can be cranked down. Air conditioning 1931 style! The optional front and rear bumpers/bumperettes, and the radiator shell have been beautifully replated to a show quality level. The entire chassis and driveline are restored to show level, and the 194 cubic inch "stove bolt six" reliably and quietly produces 50 horsepower. The car can comfortably be driven at two lane highway speeds. The Coupe has been the recipient of several important awards, including top National Honors from the Antique Auto Club of America. The car has been properly stored for a short number of years and is being sold "as-is". It ran and drove very nicely prior to storage. It is anticipated that a new battery and fresh fuel will be needed to become road-worthy, along with fresh fluids, etc. As time allows it is possible these tasks will be accomplished by the seller, and then the price will be going up. A Number One Condition Coupe currently lists at $30,300. A Number Two car comes in at $21,200. The car was recently professionally appraised at $24,500. Realistic offers in this range are being considered. Additional images coming soon. Contact: Contact Bob at (952) 6-Eight-6-3-Eight-5-Nine. Thanks for looking! alsancle
All 3 windows are cool. Pictures stink. I wonder how a Model A in similar condition would sell?
