The Standard Catalog of American Cars, 1946-1975, edited by John Gunnell states 1,117 1946-early series '49 Chrysler Royal 2dr Broughams built over the complete production run. Note: this two-door sedan body was shared with Dodge and DeSoto where it had some popularity and fair sales volumes. It wasn't popular with Chrysler buyers who preferred the club coupe.
