Seller's Description

This is actually a really cool Survivor, it's got the 445 motor, everything works as it should runs and drives good paint is actually in really good condition no rust on the car or underneath the car. Not a show car but it's a great car you can jump in and drive, new brakes, brand new tires new spark plugs new wheel cylinders, I think it could use a brake booster that's about it starts right up and drives shoot me a message if you'd like to look at it and I will give you my phone number

Love this year of the Wildcat!  I wouldn't want a perfectly restored one because I wouldn't drive it. To me to drive these powerful 60's V8's is to get in a give it firm acceleration and go. Or get it the open road and cruise it at about 70mph!  My 57 poncho has that same feel; that 347ci with a 4bbl AFB gets out of it's own way!  I bet this wildcat does too!

I agree. The lines are perfect for that era. I am a huge fan of the 63-65 Rivieras but this generation of Wildcats has always appealed to me.

(Interior looks nice but is not original and not a stock pattern.)

The wheels aren't original to that year either, but that car sure does have curb appeal.

Mmmm. Wildcat. Big. Fast. Sexy! I like it.

62-64 are my first thought when someone says Buick Wildcat.

This one while not perfect is optioned typically of this generation. Power windows and seat, tilt, remote mirror and appears a factory AM-FM radio. A nice comfortable road car with plenty of style and panache.

Picture this 1963 lineup:

Impala SS

Grand Prix

Starfire

Wildcat

And you'll understand why GM had it going on in the Sixties! Miserable automatic transmissions notwithstanding- performance cars strapped with decidedly non-performance transmissions!

Worth noting 1963 was the last hurrah for full-size GM performance cars before the intermediates took over in 1964.
