I don't know if the seller knows what he is talking about or not? However the advertisement says it is a 160 that was rebadged as a 180, however that it could be changed back without too much trouble (not an actual quote). People have been known to do that to try and pass a car off as a more desirable model.

I wonder if there is a paper trail leading back to Ozzie's ownership or perhaps an old registration included with the car?

it has 180 cloisonne and scripts  but the interior is 160 trim.  The seller is representing it correctly as a 160.  The "downgraded" trim is what I believe is a Junior or Clipper steering wheel.
