Ed Luddy
Why bother posting on here without following a few simple rules? A reply would be nice, such as price and location????
ptillison
Hello, I am new to this site. I thought I would get email indications of posts. I added price and location, which is in Southeast Michigan.
auburnseeker
Interior and dash Chrome look very good. Would be a fun one to clean up.
ptillison
It is quite clean. It has an added "A-wooga" horn! My great uncle had this car and put the horn in.
Lebowski
When was the last time it was driven-1979? Those bias ply tires look pretty old. Is that rust on the rear bumper or just dirt? Does everything on the car work? Are you sure that it's in "excellent condition"? Does "garaged for 31 years" mean that it's been sitting for that long? (I see the 1979 plate which is 41 years ago.) Sorry about all the questions.... Edited September 5, 2020 by Lebowski (see edit history)
ptillison
It was driven last in 1989, as far as I know. The rear bumper is just dirty. No rust. Not having been driven (or started), I would expect the engine would need attention prior to attempting to start it. But everything works on it. This is a very clean car. ptillison
The motor has not been started since '89. We are selling it as-is.
8E45E
Must have been special ordered when new. It has the Safety Minder speedometer, but no clock! Craig
Jim Skelly
The one Dad ordered had no clock but had the annoying safety minder. We usually kept it set to 70 or so.
