Had to let my wife pick a metal flake red as she has been very cooperative and happy so far with getting the car in shape so its not stock but I think it will look very good when done. I am very happy with the work being done by this shop, they do not generally do restorartion work but have been very slow and patient learning and working with us. Here are a few pictures. Guest sintid58 Posted January 15, 2012 Share Posted January 15, 2012 Kenny will paint the entire car but wanted to make sure the insides of the doors and all the small spaces were covered very well. I am not sure what the paint code is but it is a Jaguar color. We searched through every book Kenny had and liked it best. I can get the code for you if you want it. I am hoping there is enough yellow in the cameo beige to make it stand out. We did a lot of experimenting while picking colors and Kenny had a couple old hoods he painted with different colors and combinations for us. He mixed the paint right there so we could choose. Kenny want me to get the rest of the chrome so he can make sure its taped correctly so we need to get another trip to visit smartin. Cant wait to see it done.
