I am thinking that this would make a good father son project.

They are very expensive. And often noisy. Lots of guys have them removed after a while, mostly to get a newer one. (And they are expensive too)

Couldn't comment on 4 wheel brakes, But I learned that Pierce Arrow never built a car with hydraulic brakes.

I use an inner cable from an old boat remote control. Been hanging on my shop wall for about 40 years or more. Thin, stainless and very stiff.

I would think that the clock would ground itself to the dash. However, no such thing as to many grounds.

I like the Sonicare toothbrush idea for cleaning small parts, but it left a terrible taste in my mouth.
