  7. I think you mean me when you said Rick. I'm from Elmhurst Illinois, about 20 miles west of Chicago. What a great car! And ya, I would just bring a saw over and cut out my own barn door. I coudnt sleep knowing my car was stuck in a barn.
  8. Wow! Great find, isnt it funny how these things come about. Where in Illinois is it from?
  9. 1966 Corvette convertible with a 427
  10. We have a winner! Correct, the deck lid came off of a 1963. You can tell by the corners, emblem and script. On a 1964 the corners are square and the Oldsmobile emblem and the decklid lip molding are together as one piece. Here's a picture of my 64.
  11. I'll post the answer on Friday if nobody gets it.
  12. Glenn, You were close when you said "trunk lip moulding appears missing".
  13. I found this picture on the internet. Can you find what's wrong?
  14. Years ago people should of took the term "Buy American' a little more seriously. Now look at our Automobile history slowly going down the drain. Some how the general public was tricked into thinking foreign cars were better.
  15. I have seen one of these before and as far as I know It was a dealer give away. It had nothing to do with Oldsmobile specifically. They could also be from a Buick or Ford or any dealer from the 60's.
  16. From the album: Oldsmobile

1964 Ninety Eight Town sedan 1967 Toronado 1964 Jetstar 1
  17. Why do you want a dual master cylinder? It was good enough for 1957. As long as your brakes are in good order you should have no problem stoping that fine automobile.
