does tag number match engine number? that tag was removed and re adhered, so may not even be right tag for vehicle. If it matches engine number, then should be correct. there are features of both 29 and 30 on your vehicle.

so if building a convertible from a coupe- what are those top parts worth? trim pieces? dont see anything outrageous about the asking price............ but some people like to Biatch about everything.

stick with ebay and you will find it eventually.

sounds like you dont have a title? appears to be a 29. value should be in the 7500. range, give or take, depending if it runs, how well and the condition of the wood. do you have any nameplates as to the body- for example, Cantrell? motor shot and interior shots would also be helpful.

a nice 39 convertible coupe sold at Hershey this past fall for less then 19k. nowhere near the condition of this car, but a good driving car with an old amateur restoration. I was surprised it was that low and half tempted to buy it. but I already have about 20 cars around here and need to sell more then a few off.

just send it to J and M machine in Mass they are the best- do it all in house and you can send your engine to them through Fastenal for about 150. get someone who knows what they are doing...............

Dyna, your car does NOT have a base price of 29500. on ebay. Lets be clear here- it is based at 29999. and still has a reserve. so who knows what your "dealer" is trying to get for it, but as listed, can not be bought for 30k.............. as I mentioned at the beginning of this thread, totally wrong to list that way and no, Im not a dealer. You better go talk to your dealer..........
