  1. There is a 72 Estate Wagon for sale in Atlanta GA. Seller is a v8buick.com boardmember....not much options, still a very nice clamshell Wagon: http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=132681
  2. ...Update... There are some more initiatives going on here in in Europe: Denmark and Belgium (besides earlier mentioned Germany and The Netherlands)are showing interest to meet in one place during the 2008 Buick weekend (probably somewhere in Germany). Only 12 more months to go....
  3. <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Originally Posted By: Centurion</div><div class="ubbcode-body"> Your '72 is beautiful, but the magazine evidently has no means of dispatching photographers to overseas locations. </div></div> Brian, that was exactly the reason I mentioned that my Wagon was not at your side of the pond. Hopefully you will find a good Estate Wagon for that magazine: 71-76 clamshell tailgates (especially Buicks)deserve a place in car history.
  4. Boardmember Electramanrob's brother-in-law has a very nice '76: My '72 is not on the American continent, still in a very good condition with almost all options:
  5. Never would have thought to see a Buick Trinity in real life here in The Netherlands. I know about at least one Buick Flxble ambulance driving around here, but a Trinity is really rare, isn't it?
  6. Gas here in The Netherlands is almost $8.00 per gallon. Both of the Rivieras are using LPG, which has about the same price as regular in the USA, but the Wagon still uses the $8/gallon gas <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Have to convert the Wagon to LPG as soon as possible...
  7. Beautiful combination: the padded halo top and exterior color(is that a combination of Majestic Blue and blue vinyl (code H)?) Is that an extra seam just above the door and on between the opera window and C pillar? Congratulations!
  8. @ Shaffer: during a US-car meet last month there was a Safari (400ci), click photo for some more photos of the Pontiac and other Wagons that day:
  9. Tom, couldn't find anything about these shorties in the 1975 Buick Product Selling Information and 1975 Color/Trim album or dealer brochure.
  10. crash without damage: Toyota tried to "push" <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> my friends PA last week and the PA??: <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
  11. No, 73 - 76 full size Buicks shared the same (embedded in fan shroud) 71 -72 had them mounted on the firewall: (photo thanks to Adam "Smartin" 's 71 Buick Centurion Formal Coupe) BTW: besides Electra, LeSabre and Centurion and Riviera, it will also fit a 71 and 72 Estate Wagon

  15. A 73 Centurion on fire last year in The Netherlands:
  16. Jan, congratulations from a neighbour (The Netherlands). Thanks for sharing your story and photos. Hope to see the Century (and you) somewhere on a German meeting this season.
  17. Shaffer, finally found (i think you meant the same) Buick brochure. From there it's clear where the difference in prices you had and what was stated on my window sticker: Love this thread by the way... lots of good information and photos about early 7-ties GM
  18. Looking for rocker panels for a 1972 Estate Wagon. Or any lead to a parts car maybe... Thanks
  19. Where exactly in MO is this place? Do they only sell cars or parts as well? Would be a great journey goal when visiting MO in a couple of weeks. Thanks
  20. Just checked a GM windshield interchange file which says that the windshield of a '70 Riviera only interchange with a '66 Riviera and no other GM brand/modelyear has that windshield. Is that an error in that file?
