  2. I thought I bring this to the top again to see if anyone else can tell us about there experience in the museum viewing the cars. No more politics please.
  3. Good Luck at finding that engine a home, I be happy to just clean it up and restore to have on an engine stand, I llove rare old Packard and RR stuff. Then when the time comes find it a proper home. JOe Wshoungal Washington. I had a chance to buy an NOS Packard 356 Museum piece on a stand, I always wished i had it now. In colege the Mechanical Engineering Lab had a bid old 12 cylinder Packard marine engine in it. I love that old engine, I never saw it fired up. Battleship grey.

  5. No we shoould be given a lot of credit for AACA museum and be prood of it, a lot of work when into getting build. This shift off topic, but I do highly recond that visit the AACA National Museum when your in choclate town anytime of the year. Joe
  6. I have to vote for the Duesenberg Model J Inline-8 Next would have been the Merlin Packard engine in the WW2 Plains and PTT boats, followed by the overcan Packard 12 front wheel drive that was never put into production.

This thing looks bad, The Automotive Service Association (ASA) and National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) recently wrote Teal supporting regulations that would control the sale and use of automotive refinishing products It also said you have to be a certified handler (i.e a Shop) to buy paints. This is to much, and [color:\\"red\\"] Bush did NOT even support the Koda Procall. sorry on the spelling.
  8. IGS 1082 is the distrubtor breaker plate for a 42 Plymouth and it fits a IGS-3004 distrubtor so i say your part in the middle around early 40 IGT 2020 various letters fir 40-46 packards if that a help

  10. It unfortunate that anyone sit their back side on another car, I have to remind my boys the same, it does matter who car it is. It should be respected. A foot on bumper made not on the fender, I don't even like leaning against a car. Joe

    Sway bars

    I put a 7/8 4130 sway bar on a 67 Mustang for my senior project in college, it sure flat the car out right now, you will want the twin loc rear end to keep the inside tire from spinning as you can lift off the ground If you do get a balance with the front bar. I did upgrade the front bar, but it still corner flat. I believe with a 1-1/4 front bar if would of handle better.

  15. joel Wes might jump in here, the size is 16 x 5 inch dia is the best I can decifer from my parts manual. Now my interchange manual say 15 inch but I know that is wrong for the 160 and 180 and most 120. it shouw all the same to 41-47 so I thnik it wrong. Maybe the clipper were 15 inch. I got a data books at home, but not in Suadi I can check it out next week when i in the USA again. The 110 were 15 inch,actually I not to sure there were any 110 in 42?

  21. There are a lot of VS57 form the studakers around on ebay. about 5 psi boost.

  24. I was considering the HY35 off my Cummings it a 359 low RPM engine, but the wastgate set for 20 PSI. It a bid much for a gasoline street engine, but it scream.
