the flat head st.heads are onn the outside od the rim--under neath the tire--did you find the nuts ?? they're onn the backside of the center where it would bolt on--turn the nuts it may help break the rust loose around the heads--Tom P/M me if you have more questions-- -

Rhode Island bailed me out on my 32 Studebaker--theyy had nothing in stock so I had to pull mine to match--yes we had sone challanges, but we worked through them--they were very helpful working through the problem spots---Tom

depending on how big the area is, I've gone to using finger nail polish--they have clear & it evenn comes with a brush

I got tired of the "tech's" learning on my car & me paying the bill--My car has outlived 2 shops,both owners died--one shop still exists,but i stopped --I think part of our car hobby is the lack on new,younger techs,that only know to replace parts-no idea how to repair anything--that's why I decided to finish it myself--
