deac Posted March 5 Share Posted March 5 (edited) So this is a nice car but I would remove the extras. Those bumperettes and the those chrome bars that wrap around are hideous and must go! The mud flaps look terrible. I never liked visors so that's a no brainer Oh there's one other extra, the rear speakers; lose those things and you have a nice car! Marty Roth Posted March 6 Share Posted March 6 Aftermarket Bumper Guards like those were somewhat common in places like New York City for cars parked on crowded city streets, as well as for taxicabs constantly in danger of being pushed, banged, and otherwise abused. Yes, those bumper things have gotta' go, as well as the mudflaps, but the speakers and visor can stay. I like this car a lot. The paint scheme really works well. Maybe $15,000 to $18,000? Our estimates copied above, $23,000, $18,000, and $15,000, were quite accurate! Let's always remember this when we see prices far too high: They fall.
