RogerPHX
Worldwide Auctioneers has reached out to me with an offer for AACA members of a free bidders pass and tickets for the auction. If you're coming out to where it's warmer than anywhere else on the continent, this should be of interest. https://worldwideauctioneers.com/bidder-registration/ Promo code: aaca Cheers, Phoenix Metro Region

greenie
We’ll be there. BJ on Tuesday, the R&M Preview on Wednesday. Now, if I can convince my wife to give up Friday’s visit to a National Park……..
alsancle
25 years ago auction week in Scottsdale was the car event of the year. Still cool but not what it was.
Mark Shaw
I don't attend car auctions. I have purchased and sold several cars without paying auction fees. There are several more cost effective ways to buy and sell cars. This forum is one of them.
Leif in Calif
I've been quite a few times, the various venues each have their own distinct "vibe". Lots of fun, even if you are just a spectator! That's a nice offer from Worldwide.
Ed Luddy
No. Too far and expensive. I have friends that are going, but they have lots of money. As a Canadian the sale price across the block is usually double by the time you get it home. For example let's say you buy a 1970 Chevelle for $50,000 USD across the block. Add in the buyer fee's, shipping, taxes, duty and the big one, 38% exchange rate of USD to CAN dollar. That's going to be a $100,000 + car. From what I've seen lately a $50k US 1970 Chevelle isn't going to be much of a car!
