Unknown Chrysler Emblem 30s?

I am guessing this might go on a late 30"s Chrysler fender skirt.  It is 12" tip-to-tip.  thanks,  Don

As far as I can tell, it may be 1938 only. Most of the surrounding years have a different emblem design.

I had a 1937 Royal that had this emblem on the trunk.

Interesting, not quite the same as a '36 Airstream, the Chrysler script and the ribbon are at a different angle.

The center logo appears to be a separate piece and can turn on the one mounting stud.

The original piece in question looks like the emblem can turn, so it is probably the same item.

Yep, it does appear to be in the wrong angle.

 

Then it looks identical to the '36 Airstream truck/boot badge.

My thanks to all who posted.  I did find that the Chrysler center logo  can rotate and was in the wrong position when the picture was taken.  Isn't it amazing "How Smart" a man can get after he is pointed in the right direction.

The winged part of your emblem is for a 1937 trunk, but the enameled part is from a 1936, that's why it does not fit correctly.

Looks like '36-37 Chrysler Airflow trunk emblem to me.
