alsancle
Every day a new nominee for the worst advertisement of the year. So he is selling a body, not a car? Edited November 8, 2023 by alsancle (see edit history)
Xander Wildeisen
Decent price for a body. 31 model A two door sedan bodies go for more.

But you and I both know there are 100 buyers for Model A stuff over Studebaker.
Xander Wildeisen
That’s the truth. If you took that Stude body, and built a traditional custom out of it. It would be a beautiful and unique car. And a 30-31 Model A will be worth more, and an easier sale.
Xander Wildeisen
It’s only hope is to rebody a dead sedan.
cjmarzoli
The old "bait and switch". Show a complete restored car in the first pic when all you are really selling is a rusty body.- This is a "St Regis" coupe. they seem to have the highest survival rate of any '32 Studebaker. I'm not a fan of them. Poorly proportioned body. Door is too long!

58L-Y8
The body tag shows it's from a 1932 Studebaker commander Eight Series 71 St Regis Brougham. Pierce-Arrow offered the same body style as the Club Brougham, both striking, nicely proportioned cars.
