Leif in Calif
Very little info in the ad, but what you can see looks nice (isn't that always the way?) https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/d/sunnyvale-1941-plymouth-special-deluxe/7684772154.html 1941 Plymouth special deluxe. All original, everything works, beautiful yellow car. 33k obo call so we can negotiate, Al Valdez 408-605-6563.
plymouthcranbrook
This looks very much like one a member of my former POC region was trying to sell about 10 years ago for $24,000. I don’t know if he sold it for that or anywhere near as I had left not long before. Can’t comment on price until the report on my BS price point calculator gets back. The 55er
This same 1941 Plymouth convertible was linked to the Not Mine Forums about a year ago in CA for $52,500 with a very overhyped ad. auburnseeker
"33k obo call so we can negotiate" Seems he thinks it's overpriced as well.

I tried to figure out if this was that car...the ad was very different last year and the pictures no longer come up so I decided if it was the same car, it was probably a new seller.... Steve_Mack_CT
Price aside that's an attractive prewar convertible. The mopar flat 6 is a great engine for reliability but agree these cars do not command $$ like a Ford of the same era.
theconvertibleguy
I almost bought a black on maroon version of this same car two years ago. Wanted 40k CDN at the time but it drove like a top. Very smooth for the age and that it wasn't a luxury car. Still vexes me that it got away.
Steve_Mack_CT
Corvette Center of all places here in Newington CT has a 41 Plymouth convertible as well, priced in the 30s. Appears to be very nice but color is a turquoise sort of blue. I believe it is correct and not horrible but it wouldn't be my first choice. It's been available for some time and I would assume price and venue are factors.

It does look good but I don’t think that they are really interested in selling it. Right below it they have a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 that says sold with a $48,000 price. 41 Plymouth? Or an SS Chevelle for just $10,000 more?
auburnseeker
There is that all original one in VT for 25,000. That would be my first choice and it's pretty local.
