West Peterson
There were a few companies that used that grille ... Packard being one of them. Other than the similar grille, this car does not seem to have any other Packard features.

AHa
The body reminds me of a Stearns. The area above the belt line molding would be painted white.
Fargoguy
Body I believe to be the same as a 1914 Cadillac Model 30 Phaeton. Radiator is packard-like. Any thoughts on Wheels?
Layden B
MAYBE...1913 Lexington The radiator has the features of Kinwood manufacture. They made radiators for Stoddard and others so some of the styling features we associate with car names are actually the radiator manufacturer's features. Pictures below are of a Lexington radiator made by Kinwood. As for the wire wheels..1913 McCue brand? They made wire wheels for later 1912 model year cars and 1913 model year. After being bought out by a group of investors and being redesigned, the new type was called Houk, fresh for the 1914 car model year. Last picture attached is of a 1913 Stutz with McCue wire wheels.
