Looks fairly priced...you'd need to respond through the ad itself

Very original 1942 Buick Special Sedanet. Solid West Coast car. Was a California built Buick that spent its entire life in the Portland, OR area until I brought the car to Indiana several years ago. Has the original 248 CI straight 8 equipped with the factory dual carb intake. Car is complete. Runs, drives and stops. Interior is complete but fragile and has wear. All glass is in the car. Brakes cylinders and lines replaced. Indiana title in my name.

The GM fastbacks of the 40s are just drop dead beautiful.

I totally agree. Not many cars can match the dramatic look of the sedanette. Most of them - including the Buick - look good from just about any angle.

This is a 42! That can be a good thing or it can be a bad thing.   Any 42 only parts from Buick will be very hard to find due to a shortened production rum. However 42's are rare and you'd be the man.

Hard to find parts for sure! The thing that “sold” this particular car was it’s completeness and originality. Even comes with several extra NOS parts. Yes, it needs TLC, sorted and regular exercise. It is going to a very good home and I’m sure, will be seen on the streets!! At this point I believe the buyer is going to leave it original and enjoy. A pretty rare Buick. In my dealings over the last several years I am aware of only one other roadworthy 42 46S. Hopefully there are others. In general, VERY FEW 42’s!
