Another in the class of-let’s take the car all apart, realize we’re in waaay over our heads, then try to sell it for at least twice the value.

Question: Shouldn’t a disassembled car like this one be considered a complete parts car and valued as such?

This is much worse than a complete parts car since most of it is stored outside and it does not appear that there is any organization or identification of the parts.

If you have knowledge of those years of packards. That can be a great way to buy into a good car. But you better know what you are looking at. Finished pieces, extra parts and money sent. Sellers end up eating the declining value with every screw that is removed.
