I love it when a seller(s) can't even take the time to at least clean the car out before posting pictures.

Check the unibody underside carefully before proceeding, rust can be fatal in these cars.  The hanging rear bumper without obvious damage is a telltale.

lurking quietly in the middle of an unpunctuated

sentence, may be the understatement of the year.

 

As Steve above implied, these cars were notorious

for rust.  And this car is in Wisconsin.  Put those

two facts together, and wise buyers might stay away!

Someone thinks there's enough there to make it a worthwhile effort - it's now pending sale.

 

I agree with the former comment, clean the junk out of the car before taking pictures. I see photos of cars for sale showing tools laying on the front floor with a mass of wiring hanging under the dash. That speaks volumes.

 

We had a 60 Pioneer wagon years ago. The only thing it burned thru faster than oil were ballast resistors. The old man kept several in the glove box and could swap one out in seconds. He had a lot of practice.

I see rot in the lower rear quarters.  But dang, the rear seat looks new.

Even if the interior approached perfection I would run away from as car as rusty as this 1960 Dodge sedan. There's a reason why the price is only $2900 and the fact that it's been parked for 5 years isn't helping the situation. I would avoid all those other treasures in the background too!
