One of only five known to exist! 1st car designed using wind tunnel! Most advanced car of it's era! Responsible for more Nazi officer deaths than anything in WWII! Thought to have been owned by Field Marshall Rommel, the Desert Fox! Add this true piece of automotive history to your collection! Running when placed into indoor storage 53yrs ago! Very little rust!

Call to (2-ten) 3-eighty --85-zero- six to make an offer!

I have no personal interest or stake in the eventual sale of this circa 1936 Tatra T-87.  Personally, will note this is a very challenging restoration project of an extremely rare car.

Ran when parked 53 years ago!  🤣

Apparently there's some truth to the Nazi-killer reputation.  The car was sleek (by 30s standards anyway) and fast (~100 mph) so it became a favorite of the Germans when they invaded Czechoslovakia.  But the handling was squirrely and some of them were less than skilled drivers.

Here's a T87 in a little better condition:

Any educated guesses on the listed car's value? Thanks for posting, BTW.

They were hot for a while.......I think the demand In the USA has been satisfied. It’s neat, rare, and looks very solid. Not sure if much is missing..........but in the end, it’s a rather obscure exotic four door sedan.........it’s going to take the right guy to buy it...........the only question is how large the market is on a project car vs buying a finished car. The people who own them are a very enthusiastic bunch.......they tend to have more than one. There are a fair number of them in the UK right now.

Did Tucker get his cyclops idea from this model vehicle?

No, it was developed in California back in 1925.
