Am I correct in thinking this is a disastrous towing set up?  Looks like more than 10,000 lbs behind a full sized pickup truck?  Is that set up okay for towing?

This is a new trend in vehicle and cargo transportation called a "Hot Shot" Carrier. They usually use a dually pick up truck with a Diesel engine capable of towing approximately 35,000 pounds or more. Can't tell how many lug nuts on the trailer axles but typically a heavy duty trailer is equipped with 12,000 lbs axles. He will be ok providing he secures the cars in a four point configuration and it seems that the driver is about to do that.
