Will pay $300 for you to take these tires mounted on the wheels, and the hubs, which will slip into the backside of the wheels for stacking purposes. Leads appreciate! Gary_Ash
Put them on a pallet, lash then down well, and take them to the YRC terminal in Ocala to be shipped to the YRC terminal in Santa Rosa (32 miles to Cloverdale) where they can be picked up. Be sure the freight classification is "used auto parts". YRC will unload/load from your vehicle with a forklift for free but will not provide any manual labor. It may be even cheaper if you build a box on top of the pallet with 1/2" plywood, 2x4s, screws and glue, and tell YRC that they can stack other loads on top of the crate. Your cost should be well under $300, and they should get there in about a week. Door-to-door and lift gate service from a residence adds lots of money to the cost. I sent 900 lbs of engine, transmission, and driveshaft from Mass. to Kansas for under $200 that way. They charge by the cubic ft, not weight, for auto parts. 39BuickEight
Wrap them individually in saran wrap, secure with clear packing tape and take them to FedEx. I'd be surprised if it was anywhere near $300.

mike6024
Someone has said this company will haul freight too, as an aside to their usual industrial supply business. 1937hd45
Seller used Fastenal to ship two 1938 Ford Front fenders and the hood from Minnesota to the New York/Connecticut border for just over $200.00. Crate just fit in a pickup. I was very happy with the deal. Bob
chistech
Recently shipped 6 32' olds wheels with tires from MA to WA on a pallet. Enclosed the pallet, (40x48x36"h) with 1 1/2 sq framing, then boxed with 1/4" luan ply. Pallet weighed under 300lbs and cost less than $200 in freight charge. Use Oak Harbor Freight lines, Spokane WA office. Each wheel/tire should weigh around 40-42lbs so the six will put you plus the pallet/crate right at the 300lbs. Real Steel
Greyhound can do it. I used them a few years ago for tires, a hood, and bicycles. They were not expensive...about $60 for a bike shipped across the country. Wrapping/packing is optional...its up to you. Its been a few years though... Friartuck
FYI, Fastenal has limited their 3rd party freight service to a bunch of western US States to include Calf. Their claim is they need the space to move their industrial hardware products. Their message: At this time, Fastenal is unable to provide Transportation Services into Colorado, Montana, California, Nevada, Canada and other locations. These restrictions are not published because as the business environment changes, our Fleet responds as best possible to the Industrial and Construction Customer’s needs.
