oldford
At first glance, I thought it might be a 1912 EMF, but the dropped frame rules that out. Maybe a 1912 Cadillac. I found photos of a 1911 Caddy with the dropped frame, but no front doors. Did 1912's have the dropped frame? Frank I just found this image of a 1911 with front doors and dropped frame.. Brass is Best
The nickel and painted lamps make me think 1913-1914. I don't think this is a Cadillac, looks to be a mid size car. Reo? Oakland?

Has the windshield on this car been inverted in some way? It almost looks as if it is upside down.
keiser31
There were a few makes had a windshield like the one on the car pictured.
nzcarnerd
That windshield is an aftermarket item.
Layden B
Both the windshield and bumper are accessories. Here is the same windshield on a Stutz.
1912Staver
I missed the bumper, looks more like a battering ram, It would probably look odd on anything other than a Police Dept. vehicle. Greg in Canada
