motoringicons
I guess this is about as "real and genuine" as a prewar boat tail speedster could ever be......
Ben Bruce aka First Born
I guess this is about as "real and genuine" as a prewar boat tail speedster could ever be...... NEAT!!! Simple and effective. Ben

Dwight Romberger
I have nightmares where my speedster project ends up looking like that!
Bleach
So when's it going up for sale?
Dwight Romberger
The orange life jacket is what completes the effect.
Steve_Mack_CT
Guy thanks for posting (and not posting in the "notable Speedsters" thread... ) Seriously love the sense of humor some of these T folks have! Elsewhere in this forum, a few years back, Laferriere posted a picture of my old aluminum fishing boat, which I happened to store outside, upside down, on it's trailer, threatening to stick it on the back end of a Packard... CarNucopia
I see it has the rare luggage option on the running boards to liquid-cool the driver.
whtbaron
lol...wouldn't want to be following him down the road when he "drops anchor" though!
nzcarnerd
I see it has the rare luggage option on the running boards to liquid-cool the driver.Just curious, what is the usual US term for that item. Here in NZ it is a 'chilly bin'. Across the Tasman it is known as an 'esky'.
whtbaron
I'd call it a Coleman cooler, but I'm Canadian.
dan at larescorp
We just call them coolers where I'm from.
CarNucopia
It's a cooler here in the mid-west, though I like "chilly bin" enough to start saying it.
whtbaron
Yea....cooler and beer cooler are common terms here as well. Lol...chill bin does have a nice ring to it though.
fred deagostino
'First thing I noticed in the pic was the cooler, but I'm voting for chilly bin. It may take me a year or two but a dollar to a donut says I'll have my pals using that instead of 'cooler'. They tend to follow my lead, which doesn't speak well of their judgment! Thanks NZ ! Larry Schramm
To me it really does not look like a boat tail speedster, but a boat bow speedster.
