Guest kclambert
I wanted to let you all know that the video that I made for Charles Decker Barnette's (AKA CDB here on the Buick Club) funeral visitation is now on Youtube. Here is the address. In Memory of Charles Decker Barnette - YouTubeHe was my wife's boss, and I had made several videos of and for him in the past, and wanted to let all the Buick club members see this. He was an awesome man, and friend, and I'm sure you all miss his posts here on the forum. Thank you for your attention,Kevin Lambert

MrEarl
Kevin, I hope you don't mind me posting a couple more videos of Charles D that exhibit the fun filled joyful enthusiasm he showed for the Landau. And THANK YOU Kevin for making the great videos that preserve forever and give all of us that never got to meet him a chance to see what a generous, funny, and kind man he was. <iframe width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/nmWQ17kURMY?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><iframe width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/kW8AhCzZIes?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe><iframe width="480" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/pcwnlLSMKsU?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Edited July 24, 2011 by MrEarl (see edit history)

Guest kclambert
You are all so welcome! He was truly one of a kind. He loved many things, including people and I'm sure he will be missed by all. Thanks for posting some of the videos I did. I really had a wonderful time making them for Mr. Barnette. His favorite is the one of him opening the cups and thermos. I was at his office a couple of weeks before his passing and was working trying to get his sound up on his computer, when I did- this was the video that he wanted to watch. He laughed every time he watched it, and I can still hear his laughter every time I see this video. Thanks for posting the pictures of him from Colorado. What a giant void he left, but he had so many friends that he left with great memories. My wife and co-worker have to close the social security law office down, and are currently in the process of doing so. It's a sad, sad thing to do. He helped so many people, mostly the down and outs. He had a heart of pure gold. Thanks to everyone here on the forum.Kevin Lambert
