  1. Happy new year to all and may your 2011 be full of great old car adventures. Be safe.
  2. If you go to edit the post, you can delete a photo in the "download" box...just scroll down when you go to "manage attachments".
  3. Happy new year to all and remember...get a designated driver!
  4. My engine numbers in my Chrysler book for the 1930 Model '66' start at C1 001 and end at C2 8055, so it looks like yer good to go. I see no designations that start with "CC". The next series of "C2" engines is an 8 cylinder in the 1935 Chrysler which go from C2-1001 and end at C2-3632, I believe.
  5. Maybe this will work...yep...now you can even see the "V" lower windshield frame.
  6. You might ask "ScottsDG8" to give you a call and give you a tracing. Or better yet, go see him in Royal Oak and see if the 1931 Dodge Brothers DG8 manifold fits. He may have an extra. Maybe the bolt pattern is a bit different.
  7. Naw...I agree with the Chevy i.d.
  8. Oh man, I feel really horrible for you on this one. I hope that nothing posted on this forum swayed the seller.
  9. Man, I guess I had better drag out my old oil rack and see what it will bring!
  10. Radiator shell looks like 1929 Lincoln. Lights look like the items used on my 1929 Franklin or a Stutz.
  11. Both radiators on the other post are different as far as I can see. If you look at the body alongside the driver in the post above and the photo I posted, you will see the similarity.
  12. Here's a place... Lost Car Titles, No Car Title at All?
  13. Maybe Summit Racing has one. http://www.summitracing.com/
  14. Saw this 1949 Crosley wagon today. It is in southern Oregon and has no rust holes and a few dings. There is surface rust here and there, but has it's original blue paint on it.
  15. Been in the very same position and it's no fun. So sorry to hear about you having to sell your barn find Lincoln.
  16. Try Galen Govier...he knows it all about these cars. GTS Home
  17. I'm sticking to my guns on this one...
  18. Maxwell about 1909 Model LD?
  19. Here is the axle in question...looks like between a 1915-1923 Saxon axle.
  20. They are stainless with pot metal spokes and center.
