  3. No, I am making a trailer. I have access to one that has been smashed beyond repair in the front. My plan is to take two rear sections and attach them at the B pillar. Move the rear fender forward for placement of the axle, then start the finish. The trunk will be the kitchen. Should be a great tag a long. Dan
  4. I am looking for a 41 Ford 4 door body only. Need from the B pillar back. Rust is no problem. Thanks Dan

  14. This light appears to mount on the front of a vehicle and has an armored cable that is used to control the light inside the vehicle. Was this light an after market item or did it have a specific application, maybe on a service vehicle?
  15. So, about a year ago I was asked for a locking gas cap for a Model T, well didn't have one in the 8000 caps I have so, guess what, I made one. I have some locking gas caps that are made by FAAB, these are a screw on cap that fit Fiats, Dino spiders, Lancia, and other older European cars with the screw on gas caps. Hey even fit a Testarosa. Well would you believe it, the thread pattern from an aftermarket Model T cap will just fit inside the cap. Any one want to see it? Dan
  16. Passing on information to others is important. At the recent Run to the Sun swap meet in Myrtle Beach, I had my GMC V-12 on an engine stand in the front of my space. The young kids couldn't believe it, the old guys, long time mechanics, couldn't believe it and thought it was 2 engines built together, and the kids and dogs, well they cried and ran when I started it up. It sure got a lot of attention, but it was part of the education experience. and lot's of fun. When I was packing up, I needed some help pulling the winch cable out of the 20 foot trailer. I asked a young boy to help me. While the winch was being let out, he was pulling with all his might thinking he was pulling it out. After words I gave him a vintage red Firestone racing jacket, just his size. I will guarantee you, that he will be wearing it next year.
  17. This past week end I was a vendor at the Pee Dee Street Rodders Run to the Sun in Myrtle beach. When I got home I tallied up the money. I found one half of a $20.00 bill. Some one had given me a $20 that I had assumed was folded in half and I just put it in my pocket. This was first for me. Dan
