My wife's dream car is a 65 mustang convertable. -
In the Buick buy/sell section there's 34 Buick parts for sale by Edwin the kid and it shows a transmission in the pictures.

My old car was bought and restored before I got married and that will be over forty years ago soon. Good thing,I don't know if I could convince the other half into such an endeavor afterwards.Any similar experiences?

Pictures would be helpfull.I recently removed mine from my 35 40 series and it wasn't too difficult. After I gained access to the large nut securing the wheel I loosened it but left in on enough as to not damage the threads and used a large hammer and brass punch on the shaft while keeping pressure on the back of the wheel with my legs until it moved. My horn button had to first be removed by twisting it counterclockwise while pushing it down along with the wire that's at the bottom of the steering colom.Greg.

Strange center dash controls.I have a 35 40 series that looks almost identical to this one, even the paint except that mine has two wipers( 34s had one) and my light switch is where the choke is,it should be an automatic one and the cigar lighter is where their light switch is. The dash pictures isn't mine but is the same.
