  1. I had a similar situation after rebuilding mine. A good tightening of all connections resolved the issue. Also make sure the vacuum tank gasket is sealing good
  2. Check all fittings from the gas tank to the vacuum tank. Any leakage at all will not let the vacuum pull fuel. If you didn’t already use tread sealer tape.
  3. Early to mid 20’s Dodge Brothers
  4. The shade I can ship. Not the mats. PM me
  5. I parted out a 27 DB Business Sedan a few years ago and have the front and rear rubber floor mats and rear shade sitting around. Before they head to the landfill I thought I'd check if anyone is interested in them for FREE. I won't ship them as they won't survive the effort. They can be be picked up in Central Connecticut. The pics give you an idea of what they are. Not perfect by any means but may look good cleaned up in a survivor car.
  6. 30” front and 44” rear. It’s a 124” wheelbase
  7. Anyone in the Northeast changing tires? I'm still looking for rollers.
  8. I have a pair of the headlight brackets. Pm me. Jay
  9. This water pump came off of a 1930 Buick Model 57. The casting number is 195740. According to the Parts Book it will fit later 1926 Master 6, 1927-28 series 120-128, 1929 series 121-129 and 1930 50 and 60 models. It needs a rebuild. It's not frozen but does turn hard. $50 plus shipping from Connecticut.
  10. These shocks are from the same vehicle. A 1930 Buick Model 57. They are casting number 39009 and 39010 and will fit the following 1930 models. 40, 44, 45, 46, 46s, 47, 57,58,68 and 69. The shock links fit all 1930 model 40, 50 and 60. The Delco-Lovejoy stampings are nice and clear on all of them. Only one of them is frozen and will probably free up will a good soaking. Very rebuildable shocks. The shocks are $50 each and would prefer to sell all 4 together. The shock links are in good condition and are $25 each. Would prefer to sell all 4 together. Shipping cost will be from Connecticut.
  11. I'm in need of a throttle lever for my 25 DB Roadster. As you can see in the pics mine looks like it broke and was welded together but missing the piece that broke so it's short. If anyone has one please let me know. Will fit 24 - 26 and maybe earlier. Thank Jay
  12. Early 70’s and a senior in high school mine was a 66 Mustang GT Fastback. 289 with a few tweaks and pony interior. My best friend had a 68 390 GT Fastback same color green as mine If we only knew then what they’d be worth today. All good times.
  13. There are 3 mounting points. 1 centered on the top to attach to an arm and 2 on the bottom that bolt to the gas tank cover. Don’t do anything to mess those up. You may have to add to both sides in order to keep the mounting good.
  14. I just posted in Buick Parts For Sale an ad for 1930 Buick Model 50 drivetrain parts if anyone needs anything follow the link for more info. Jay
  15. I am parting out a complete 1930 Buick model 57 drivetrain. (This is how I got it for some parts I need. I didn't street rod a car.) I have dismantled and scraped years of grease off of most of the parts. They are not a pile of rusted parts. The car had 66,000 miles according to the previous owner showing me the odometer. As you can see in the pics there is a lot so if there is anything you need let me know here or PM me. The parts are located in CT. I'm not out to make a fortune on these just looking to get "fair" prices. I can provide better pics of any parts you're interested in and can give better descriptions as needed. I also have a gas tank and engine side pans that are not in the pics. Jay
  16. Here's one that's on a 1930 model 57 engine that I have. Looks the same.
  17. I have something similar that came off an early 27 DB sedan.
  18. I'm starting to dismantle a rolling chassis that I recently picked up and was wondering if there's any interest in a decent frame. It's 124" wheelbase from a 1930 Buick 50. Located in Connecticut. Thinking $200 for it.
