You will notice that the ears on the block in this photo are broken. They are meant to be anchored by that indexing stud to preclude movement and kept at the right angle. Harold

I got the correct brake cylinders, banjos bolts, washers and brass fittings at the dodge military truck site, for my 37 Plymouths. Got to know what you need or buy a few of each, check and buy more. The break hose going straight into the back of wheel cly at 90 degrees is not going to last very long in a driver. The correct washers have ridges to crush. Cylinders are stepped and holes line up perfectly for bolts. I have several sets of new wheel cylinders that can be made to work and were sold as equal to OEM. Harold
  6. Got a fantastic summer head cold. Does the sender unit come with? Harold
  7. The whole thing? bottom frame ect. I know the slide rails are different 37 to 39. I have a complete 37 Ply coupe front seat less fabric, a bottom seat frame and tops for 38 less slide rails, both from coupes. Harold
  8. Let me look. Need just the gauge? Harold
  9. Is it the same as the 37 Plymouth? Harold
  10. I have an SF-4 Stromberg for sale in excellent shape. Doesn't look as if ever installed. Screws look as untouched. I will post some Pic later. I have had it for sale a couple years ago on this site. Harold
  11. I have 1923 Dodge steering Box. Would you like a Picture? Harold
  12. I have 1923 Dodge steering Box. Would you like a Picture? Harold
  13. Thank You Cleaning off the shelves and reducing inventory. I was tempted to make a side trip and look up the old car and see what it really was. Saved me a chigger or tick bit. Cant seem to correct initial post. Harold
  14. 1939 Mopar trucks, that's a very narrow notch. I looked at the trucks and there seems to be two different chrome trims around the headlights. A narrow one like the cars and a wide one. Thanks once again for the input. Harold
  15. Know the following. Mopar. 3644 glass, '36-37 and others non-Mopar. Mounts vertical on a stand. Shorter buckets than normal '37 Plymouth. Are DeSoto and Chrysler a different length? Harold
  16. Have two Mopar headlights in box, one primed ready to go except for trim ring; the other complete in black. The base is fastened differently on the primed one. Rivets are used. It has a date of May 20, 1941 on reflector. Both are 7-1/2 deep and with lens opening of 7-1/2. The original lens of the primed one broke and it had a 3644 inside. The complete, ready-to-go one also has a 3644 number inside. PC 599690 primed one and PC 914288 LH complete unit. My books don't cover these numbers. Buckets too short for 37s and the riveted one I bet is for a truck. 1936? Thanks for the help. Harold
  17. For sale I've been told a 1939 Dodge transmission. One year only. 150 dollars plus ride. Removed from body that engine was already gone. Salvaged the rest of the drive train 20 years ago. Case 679887 top 688755. Feel free to correct the year or model if wrong, Harold
  18. According to my All Mopar/Canada book for 1937, S3/C14/C15/C16 are the same except lenses. Can scan the page with Part numbers if you want. They will be the numbers for 1937. Harold
  19. The trim chrome is necessary to keep the lenses in ,as is the "L" shaped bracket. When screw is all the way out the lens will tilt in at bottom (with a little force against the springs)and fall out before your ready. The bottom bucket (37 Plymouth) has not been taken apart by me. The OEM buckets are 36 I think. I looked in my master book for all Mopar 37 and there are some differences between models. I'll scan for you tomorrow. Harold
  20. I have some new buckets, I will take pictures of tomorrow for you. Harold
  21. The trim rings that I sent the fellow with the studebaker did not work, he returned them. (Needed longer ones). I have a set off a 37 Plymouth (Rusted out shells). Have not removed all the bucket metal yet. Do you need a pic? Harold
  22. on its way. Tracking Number: 9405510200830874531838 Harold
  23. I have two from a set of 37 Ply rusted buckets (R/L) with rusted metal still attached. Will do pics later today.
