  1. Yes. It was a crude attempt, doors are good but the sheet metal, especially at the cowl is very rough
  2. Bought this on this forum a while back and just don't need it. Its in basically the same condition as these pics with the exception of the lights and tires, both gone. Asking $4500. Body is rough, would make a great speedster, mechanically complete with the exception of the front engine cover. My friend is going from the pacific northwest to Hershey with an empty enclosed trailer and can provide reasonable cost transportation, please message me with any questions or call 503-320-5180, text ok also
  3. Not to resurrect an old thread but I went and looked at the car when it was listed, Chris couldn't have been nicer. Family members were the ones holding out. Wasn't so much the salt air but poor storage in a very rainy region. The shed leaked badly and the lower rust was significant particularly on one side. I made an offer that was fair, he agreed but others didn't, probably a break for me
  4. Looking for a decent pair of nickle plated gas headlights, preferably with some patina, survivor quality. Buy outright or have some nice brass to trade. Thanks
  5. Nice condition, great for a speedster, asking 1400
  6. Been informed that this is a 1908 to 1911 Overland radiator
  7. Really nice Kinwood brass radiator, circa 10 to 12? Approx 25" wide by 24" tall, side mounts are sheet brass, mounting studs on the bottom, spaced approx 15.5", asking $1400
  8. Beautiful brass clock Speedo combination, glass on clock may have been replaced as it isn't beveled. Clock does not run, speedo barrel moves freely. Missing a couple screws on the connecting bracket. $1200 plus $20 to ship in the lower 48
  9. He said he had some Hup parts I needed too, I didn't respond
  10. Looking for a windshield and or stantions for a 31 Hupmobile roadster, long shot I know, leads appreciated, thanks
  11. there are no 57 specific plates for Oregon, they were issued in 55 or 6 and used corner tabs afterward
  12. I have a blue 12.5 by 24, you could cut the rods down to fit, pm me if you'd like pics
  13. Great news, David and I have sealed the deal on the Hudson chassis, the measurements of the body and chassis are the closest thing to an exact match possible. I'm looking forward to starting the project this spring, will be looking for lots of parts. I have an excellent set of Solar sidelights and taillight, looking for matching headlights. also need a Warner Auto-Meter preferably with a clock mount, I have the clock already. Thanks to all who commented and a huge thank you to David Coco!
  14. That White I believe is later than 13, the chassis would dwarf the body even it it was shortened. The balance has to be right but i appreciate the leads, the perfect match is out there, is there an Eharmony for cars?
  15. the wheelbase is relative to the hood length I suppose, the approx center of the rear axle to the firewall is around 73", I could lengthen the front floor area fairly easily. No idea what chassis it was built for, the company just built bodies, I did find an ad for a body they built on a Chalmers chassis, they were out of business by 1914. http://www.coachbuilt.com/bui/b/belmore_macdougall_moores/belmore_macdougall_moores.htm
  16. No need to yell Mike, it was just info for people that might be curious, I wasn't responding to you either
  17. Just an FYI, I'm looking for a chassis for this body, not building a speedster http://www.coachbuilt.com/bui/b/belmore_macdougall_moores/belmore_macdougall_moores.htm
  18. great deal but too early and too small for my needs, I'm looking for a chassis for this body
  19. need a chassis approx 104" to 110" wheelbase, complete as possible, all makes considered
